The bird feeder I made for her

During summer, it’s tough for little birds to find food and water for survival and their young ones.

They have to come around in search of food and water. This summer, I decided to make a bird feeder for the little sparrow, who wakes me up every morning with melodious songs. She generally sits on my bedroom’s balcony along with her friends. Once, she entered my room with sticks and grass during my absence. One evening she saw me entering the bedroom and struggled to exit from the window. A month later, I found a nest filled with three eggs on the top of my cupboard.

I was ready to burst with joy and awe because she trusted me and made her nest under my shadow. Noe during summer when her little once has almost grown-up, they need proper food and feeding. That day I decided to make another house for the little ones and other thirsty birds due to the harsh sun.

The You-tube channel became my first architect, which explained the method along with pictures. I took the help of my friend and made it with wood, nails, sticks, and cotton cloth for the house’s interior.

Within one day, it was ready. I kept two bowls filled with a mixture of nuts and grains and the other one filled with water and hanged on the wooden feeder. Earlier, no birds were seen, which made up a little upset. Three days later, I saw another family of squirrels lying inside the house along with her young ones.

She was relaxed on the cotton sheet spread inside the house. It was another moment I burst out with happiness and wiped my eyes filled with tears. Now the sparrow and squirrel are members of my family. Who have lunch with me and wake up early with melodious songs.
