Unlock 4.0 phase will begin from September 1st in which the central government is planning to start metro railways, schools, and colleges in New Delhi.
Officials said that unlikely schools and colleges couldn’t be opened as there is a high risk of spreading the virus.
Delhi’s chief minister Arvind Kejriwal requested the central government start the Delhi Metro in phases as an experimental trial.
He also adds that as the COVID situation is improving in Delhi, and as a safety measure, they don’t want to put the people’s lives at risk by allowing everyone to travel.
Delhi metro unwinds the travel for the passengers during lockdown.
A new travel facility has started since September for the Delhiites. Amidst of COVID, the Delhi authorities have introduced safety railway travel with the new luxurious metro trains which look compact and smart for the travel passengers. Covid and starting of Metro stations
The only concern is about the safety measures of commuters as they will be exposed to coronavirus while travelling. But sanitization of metro stations has been taken care of. Arwind Kejriwal , the Delhi Chief Minister requested the start of the Metro station in experimental phases to check the service is uptempo the mark.

In the guidelines, the Central has also allowed bars that cannot open can sell the liquor through counter for takeaway.
