Her towering 100 kg vegan royal icing edible construction is a magnificent recreation of the renowned Milan Cathedral, a landmark whose regality gives a perfect blend of beauty and elegance.
Prachi, who is in her mid-30s, said of her accomplishment, “I’ve put in a lot of time and effort over the years to my profession. I am so grateful that the conclusion has been accepted so positively and appreciatively by the industry as a whole. The World Book Of Records, London, having verified the same in such a dignified manner has been an accomplishment that has exceeded my expectations and aspirations. I am deeply appreciative for this one-of-a-kind and desired honour, and I am overjoyed to have gotten it.”
