  • Your extensive experience in research and development has significantly contributed to E-Fill Electric’s success. How do you approach innovation within the company?

I Believe the source of innovation lies in curious minds & when you provide a thriving & collaborative environment, the innovation is just a by-product. So at E-Fill we have tried to provide an environment where the team members are encouraged to challenge the ongoing industry practices & come up with innovative & ground-breaking ideas to disrupt the industry.

Can you share insights into the pioneering product innovations focusing on emission control technology that you developed at Sandhar Centre for Innovation and Development?

In SCID, I got the opportunity to work on multiple projects related to  BS-IV regulatory compliance which was about to get implemented in 2015, it included products like EVAP system, Purge control valve, Carbon Canister, etc. few of these products already got patent grants.

What were some key lessons learned from your time at Yamaha’s core engine design team, especially regarding the international electric scooter project?

Collaboration and partnerships are vital for growth. Can you discuss any notable collaborations that have helped E-Fill Electric advance its mission?

Our market focus encompasses both B2B and B2C segments. We are already a vendor partner for Tata Motors, supplying them with DC chargers, and we’re in the process of partnering with other OEMs. In the B2C domain, we’ve established a nationwide franchise distribution network for our chargers, with a presence in nine states and over 25 distribution partners. These partners operate regionally, providing hardware, software, and guidance to local entrepreneurs interested in setting up charging stations. This unique model empowers small-scale operators to establish and run their charging infrastructure with support from our network.
