  3. Given the genre, The Family Man 2 relies heavily on action sequences.
  4. A fight/action sequence situated in a police station, in particular, has excellent choreography.
  5. The dialogues in the series are in Hindi, Tamil, English, and Marathi, making it a pan-India offering.
  6. Expletives are used liberally, but they are appropriate for the situation.

Review

Manoj Bajpayee is the series’ heart and soul. He does full justice to a character with as many layers as anything can have. In sequences focusing on Tiwari’s difficult marriage, the actor utilizes his eyes to show his powerlessness. His technique here is similar to the one he took in Bhonsle, in which he played an elderly police constable.

Samantha holds her own as the show’s central antagonist, even though Bajpayee is consistently formidable and he is challenging, exercising practically every acting bone in his body. And what makes her path so intriguing is the same thing that makes The Family Man so compelling as a whole – the individuals in this show are motivated by personal aspirations rather than narrative requirements. On the other hand, his one-liners are the highlight of his work in The Family Man Season 2 since they appeal to the public. The ‘bavaseer’ speech and the ‘FOMO’ punchline are the standouts.

Season two sees creators Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK continuing their admirable crusade of viewing global and domestic crises from a humanitarian viewpoint.

Some of the more emotionally taxing episodes are set in the atmosphere by the lighting.
