Lucknow based Not-for-Profit organization ‘REPL Sports’ is working towards creating an overall
sports culture in everyday life of everyone. Focusing on the promotion of sports awareness among
youth, it has started a special campaign in the colleges and professional institutes of the city.
On 25th November, they conducted an interactive program at IMRT College where the students
and faculty members were involved in fun-filled activities to bring out the importance of having
sports involvement, along with studies and technical training.
To encourage students, on-
spot competitions were arranged, and prizes were distributed by REPL Sports. Similar activities
were conducted earlier this month in IILM Lucknow.
Mr.Pradeep Misra (Chairman – of REPL Sports) said, “We have plans to reach out to as many
colleges as we can to spread this message that a slice of sports in everyone’s life is absolutely
necessary.
Besides being important for physical fitness & health, it is a big catalyst for creating a community sense and social bonding. Moreover, there is plenty of scope for those youngsters who want to play any sport as a profession. It is highly pleasing to see that the management of colleges is showing equal interest. We are thankful to the principals of IILM and IMRT
College.”
For many years, REPL Sports has been focusing on the wholesome promotion of sports among professional aspirants as well as common people. Ever since its incorporation, it has been dedicated to
inspiring and facilitating people’s shift from drawing-room confined recreational activities to real classic sports traditions in-ground, in-stadium, and in-club activities.
