Suicide Is Not A Solution

The coverage of suicide in the English print media lacks compliance with globally accepted norms.

Sometimes I think, why people just think to end their life by attempting Suicide. Why they feel by ending their lives can solve everything? Why just they feel about their problems what about their loved ones like parents, siblings, etc. For every issue, “Suicide cannot be an option.”

Why do they think facing problems can be challenging and it’s impossible to find a solution through it. The problem is today’s generation. They easily choose to end his/her life is frightening and depressing with no answers. We can take the example of Sushant Singh Rajput, which had accepted a significant impact on today’s generation. His Death had set an example that if you can’t face problems, Suicide is only an option.

People always say that life is a precious gift that God has given us. So, there will also be a way or solution to a problem. It’s just God makes life very exploring. So just Enjoy. Why should we think about Suicide? Because ending a life is not an option we have. Who knows, the problem you think is big can be solved quickly. Most Of the cases are of Teenagers and adults

In India, the suicide rate is 10.5 per 100,000. . As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, teen anxiety and depression rates are rising steeply. Seven out of every ten teenagers are struggling with their mental health right now. And when depression and anxiety go up, teen suicide rates also go up. September is National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, and this year it may be more critical than ever before for parents, healthcare providers, teachers, and teenagers themselves to understand the key elements of teen suicide prevention.

Most of the girls Don’t face problems of attempting it. Teen girls learn to “put on a pretty face,” hiding the pain that leads to suicidal behavior. Hence, suicides by female adolescents often are unexpected. Furthermore, impulsivity is a key risk factor in it and teen girls are likely to be impulsive. Also, recent research shows that teen girls’ black-and-white thinking patterns may make them more prone to suicidal ideation and behavior.

For every person who attempts or completes it, many more suffer from suicidal ideation. Suicidal ideation is defined as having suicidal thoughts—thoughts of ending one’s life. This is much more common than we might imagine. However, thinking about it does not necessarily mean that a teen will make an actual suicide attempt. Many teens may think about Suicide, but their suicidal thoughts do not progress to suicide plans or suicide attempts.

Moreover, suicidal thoughts can also become a cognitive habit, an ongoing mental pattern. Such studies often result from depression or a desire to escape a situation that seems impossible to handle. Suicidal thoughts can quickly escalate to a suicide attempt, so teens suffering from suicidal ideation need treatment before any actual planning begins.

In short, Suicide is not an option. There are many ways to find a solution talk about your problems with your parents, friends, sibling, etc. Talk with your loved ones definitely, and you will come with a solution.
