December 2021: The Khachapuri Festival Sette Mara is the vibrant Middle Eastern Lounge Bar &Kitchen at The St Regis Mumbai that takes inspiration from the vast coastline linking the rich cultures of Greece, Turkey, Egypt, Morocco, Lebanon, Persia and Georgia.
In continuing this legacy of presenting the best of the flavours, textures & tastes of the Levant region with its deep nuances of aromatic spices and wholesome ingredients, Chef Reuben of Sette Mara presents to the city – The Khachapuri: a soft, aromatic and fluffy Georgian boat shaped flatbread that is served freshly baked from the ‘Tone’, a traditional stone oven, traditionally savored best when the bread crust is dipped into the melted cheese center.
Sette Mara now unveils The Khachapuri Festival, a limited edition menu that will be served starting 7th December 2021, featuring Megrelian Verde (Four cheese -Mozzarella, Kashkwan, Halloumi, Feta, Matbucha, Harissa Mayo, Crispy Kale, Dukkah),Shatta(Spiced Bell Pepper, Mozzarella & Kashkwan Cheese,Black Olives, Turkish Aleppo Pepper).
