Konark is a beautiful seaside town near the Puri district in the state of Odisha. It is most famous for the famous Sun Temple, dedicated to the mythological form of the Sun. Constructed in the 13th era by King Narasimhadeva I of the Eastern Ganga dynasty, this church complex was made in Lord Suryadev, keeping the reins of his chariot.

Due to the heavy structure and the weak soil of the city, the main structure collapsed in 1837, but the audience hall is still protected and well maintained. Adjoining the system is the ideal beach of Konark. Annually, a famous dance festival at the Sun Temple Complex welcomes dancers from every part of India.

Being a coastal destination, the heat in Konark is the most pleasant during winters. Therefore, the best season to visit this place is during the months of September-March. Summers are hot and humid and should be withdrawn.
