Mr. Sanjay Jain, Chief Executive Officer of PDS Multinational Fashions Limited is a dynamic professional from Retail and Finance Industry. Mr. Jain has over 26 years of experience, in leading transformation across various companies. His new role with the PDS Multinational Group, begins from January 2021.

Prior to joining the PDS Multinational Group, Mr. Jain was associated with the Future Group as the CEO of Future Retail Limited and the Group CFO of Future Group for nearly 6 years. In his capacity as a CEO & CFO at the Future Group, he was a part of the core leadership team spearheading the transformation, growth agenda and introduce commensurate systems & processes. This led to meaningful improvements in the operating and financial footprint of Future Group entities resulting in significant unlocking of intrinsic value.
During his 26 years of career, he has raised over $4 billion from some of the world’s marquee strategic, private equity and financial investors.
Mr. Jain has been honoured as a ‘Best CFO’ on multiple occasions by esteemed organisations. In his previous roles, he has been instrumental in the acquisition of companies in India, Belgium, Canada, US, Ireland, France, and Indonesia.
Between 2001 and 2009, he was associated with the Zee Group as a CFO & CFO International Operations at Avantha Group. While he was based in Belgium for one of his assignments, he was part of the senior team responsible for the integration of acquired companies, turning them around and putting them back on the growth agenda.
Academically, Mr. Jain is a gold-medallist during graduation, has a Master’s degree in Management. He is a Science Graduate with an MBA degree in Finance. Mr. Jain is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
