Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC) in association with U. S. Consulate General Mumbai along with the Knowledge Partner Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. organized a Grand Finale of its Climate Change Series
The objective was to conclude the Six City Drive held in Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Nashik, Indore and Ahmedabad on the topic “Climate Change: Adaptation by MSMEs and their Governance Practices”. On this remarkable day IACC launched a Whitepaper with its knowledge partner Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. which is a consolidated report on all the six cities and includes key observations and recommendations to be undertaken to combat Climate Change.
In his welcome address, Mr. Saurabh Shah, President, IACC West India Council, “Today is a momentous day for all of us, as today the Chamber has achieved a milestone by successfully completing its journey of Six City Drive to major cities of the western India on ‘Climate Change: Adaptation by MSMEs and their Governance Practices’. It was a great learning experience and platform to understand views and ideas from MSMEs and address the challenges & impediments across various regions and sectors in adopting Sustainable Business. We will be submitting this White Paper to concerned regulators and legislators at State and Central level and try to bring some positive change”.
