  4. The Maddur Vada – is a popular snack named after the town of Maddur in Mandya. Maddur Vadas are more prominent and round than conventional vadas, which resemble doughnuts. They’re created with flour, onions, semolina, and spices and cooked until the outside is crispy, but the inside is soft. They are very popular Karnataka cuisines.
