(OTCQX:CNBB) announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock in the amount of $0.27 per share, consistent with the dividend paid for the 3rd Quarter of 2021, payable on April 15, 2022 for shareholders of record on March 31, 2022.
