Patricia S. Welsh grew up in Amish country in a small rural town called Winfield, Ohio. She gave her life to Jesus as a teenager and attended church most of her life. Although Welsh has the deepest respect for the ministers who were sincere, loving and deeply cared about their “flock”, she believes that the messages, because of Satan’s infiltration in the church, were incomplete, watered down versions of God’s Truth. Welsh knew there had to be more and in 2009 started on a quest to find what the “more” was. Gratefully she has found it in a personal relationship with God as part of His Ekklesia. Now her goal, with the Holy Spirit’s help and inspiration, is to help others find that “more” as well, especially God’s people, who have the same doubts, confusion and questions that she once had.
Welsh worked as a school bus driver, van driver, truck driver, sports coach, soccer referee and softball umpire. These professions provided her with the confidence to interact with people. Writing a book is just an extension of that same confidence. She is also an artist that works with oils, colored pencils, stained glass and woodworking. She enjoys reading and spending time in the woods. She feels her best when helping others.
