Who doesn’t desire healthy, lustrous, and bouncy hair?

We devote a lot of time and attention to making them seem beautiful, and hair color is one of the factors. Some of us choose to do it ourselves to save time and money, while others prefer to go to the salon without regard for the cost, only to acquire their favorite hair color. However, we occasionally make typical blunders when coloring our hair, causing it to fade quickly. Your time and money are both squandered. Make these changes to your hair care routine for color to last longer.

Shampoo should be avoided.

After coloring their hair, some people have the practice washing it. In such circumstances, your hair’s cuticle cannot lock in the color, and it begins to fade swiftly. As a result, refrain from using shampoo for at least 72 hours or three days after coloring your hair.

After coloring your hair, use a sulfate-free shampoo to wash it. To rescue your hair from the chlorine in the moisture, wash it with filtered water. Hot water should not be used to wash your hair. Your hair will lose steam as a result, and the hair color will fade rapidly. A conditioner should be used.

If you’ve recently colored your hair, add conditioner before shampooing. This will retain the color and moisture of your hair.

The use of hot instruments should be avoided.

After you’ve colored your hair, try to avoid using hot appliances to prevent color fading. Don’t overlook to wrap your hair with a hat or scarf to protect it from the sun’s rays when heading out.
