Pratik brings with him over 14 years of experience in the luxury hospitality business with leading hotels, ensuring service excellence with guest facing teams. Post his Hotel Management education, Pratik commenced his career in luxury as he embarked on a role with the front office division at The Oberoi, New Delhi. His dedication, eye to detail and guest focus allowed him to grow and rise as he moved up the ranks very quickly with a stint at The Imperial, New Delhi and most recently with The Leela Palace, Bangalore, where he consistently contributed to the guest satisfaction scores and the success of the hotel.
Pratik brings with him his passion of delivering the highest standards of service while managing and motivating his teams. He won recognition as Best Front Office manager in 2016-2017 by BW hotelier and Best Front Office Manager in 2017-2018 by Hotelier India, making him one of the youngest awardees in his genre. His tenure with varied brands and properties equipped him to handle the discerning luxury clientele.
At The St. Regis Mumbai, Pratik will helm the guest facing teams in Front Office, the famed St. Regis Butler service, the discreet house-keeping department and the discerning concierge teams. He will focus on ensuring bespoke and personalized service, bringing to life the St. Regis Rituals and Programs while driving Guest Voice, BSA and Rooms Division Profitability.
Pratik loves football, never missing an opportunity to play, watch a game of football or coaching his little son on the nuances of the game. He is an avid movie buff and ensures he catches most films with his wife during his downtime.
