The Juhu beach sustainable lifestyle drive is an endeavour of Sunteck to support restoring the beach after the blissful festivities of Ganpati visarjan ceremonies.
In the ‘Coastal Clean-up’ month of September 2022, Sunteck Foundation is organising a ‘Life by the Sea’ sustainable lifestyle drive at Juhu Beach.
These beach sustainability initiatives are a part of a larger endeavour of the Sunteck Foundation called the ‘Life by the Sea’, which is aimed at encouraging sustainable lifestyles around the beaches of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Foundation in an endeavour to restore the pristine beach after the Ganpati festivities concluded. Actors Neha Dhupia and Mithila Palkar participated in the drive to support the cause.
Sunteck Foundation had previously worked with Actor Dia Mirza to spread awareness of enhancing beach sustainability in the month of March this year at the Vasai Suruchi beach and has continuously enhanced the upkeep of the beach and has also improved the infrastructure in and around the beach.
Juhu beach is one of the most mesmerizing beaches on Mumbai’s western coast. Watching the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets along the horizon of the gorgeous sea are the best way to spend your time in Mumbai. The beach’s beauty is so famous that it has been captured in numerous films and movies.
Lord Ganesha’s homecoming is undoubtedly one of the most popular festivals in Mumbai with participation in large numbers.
Just as Mumbaikers bid adieu to their favourite deity, restoring these pristine beaches to their previous glory is imperative.
This initiative is part of Sunteck’s ongoing Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) initiative to contribute to the upgradation of the habitat and environment.
