Fresh fruit milkshakes are also a good option for a breakfast meal because fruit is accessible on the stomach and may help reduce bloating and Constipation.

  • Dahi and dates can be used to open a fast. This classic combo keeps the body cool and prevents overeating during supper. Dahi can be eaten alone or with dates, or it can be consumed first, followed by Dahi with chopped dates.
  • Curd is beneficial to your stomach. It is a probiotic with live microorganisms. This bacterium is beneficial to your digestive tract.
  • It is easy to digest and light on the stomach. It can also aid with gastrointestinal issues, including Constipation, diarrhea, and indigestion.
  1. Preventing Constipation
    Rujuta suggests completing your night meal with an alive ladoo, jaggery, ghee, or banana if you feel tired or have gas or constipation issues as you reach week 2.
Digestion problems, such as diarrhea, Constipation, nausea, and bloating, can affect many. To avoid such issues, have a bowl of curd and jaggery. This combo is suitable for your stomach and helps with digestion.
