Three top all teams

Massive sixes, diving and sliding stops, excellent fielding, and nail-biting finishes are all part of the show.

Three hours of frantic activity, punctuated by a trumpet melody, screaming spectators, and cheerleaders. This is essentially the purpose of the Indian Premier League. The most entertaining cricket league has finished a decade, with a total of 13 teams participating, with only the Rajasthan Royals, Deccan Chargers, Chennai Super Kings, Kolkata Knight Riders, Sunrisers Hyderabad, and Mumbai Indians lifting the trophy in IPL history. The teams are rated based on how many times they have made the playoffs.

  1. Chennai Super Kings – Chennai Super Kings are, without a doubt, the most excellent IPL squad ever. CSK, led by “captain cool” MS Dhoni, is the only team to have made the playoffs in every season they’ve played. CSK has made the final six times, the most of any group, and has won the trophy twice. They won the IPL in 2010 and 2011, becoming the only team to defend their title successfully. MS Dhoni, Suresh Raina, Dwayne Bravo, and Brendon Mccullum have all played for CSK. CSK will be back in the IPL after a two-year absence and would like to win it this time.
  2. Mumbai Indians: The Mumbai Indians have won three IPL titles, the most of any franchise, but they, too, have experienced ups and downs. In the first IPL, they had some of the top players on their team, led by Sachin Tendulkar. A lot was anticipated of a squad of this caliber, yet they couldn’t win the IPL for five seasons. Appointing Rohit Sharma as captain amid the 2013 season proved to be a wise decision. As a result, they went on to win three of the following five championships. The captain led from the front, with players like Lasith Malinga, Kieron Pollard, Harbhajan Singh, and the Pandya pair performing admirably for the franchise.
  3. Kolkata Knight Riders – Kolkata Knight Riders, one of just three teams to have won the IPL more than once, saw their fortunes change after hiring Gautam Gambhir as skipper. They finished sixth, ninth, and sixth in the first three editions of the IPL, despite having one of the most significant fan bases in the league.
