NEW YORK, Feb. 5, 2021 Oscar Health, Inc. (“Oscar”) today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) relating to the proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock. Oscar intends to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “OSCR.” The number of shares of Class A common stock to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Morgan Stanley and Allen & Company LLC are acting as lead managing bookrunners for the proposed offering with Wells Fargo Securities as managing bookrunner. BofA Securities and Credit Suisse are also acting as bookrunners. Cowen and LionTree are acting as co-managers, with Ramirez & Co., Inc. and Siebert Williams Shank as junior co-managers for the proposed offering.
