The Rakshā Initiative: Keeping guests and staff safe and healthy…no worrying about COVID protocol: The Rakshā Initiative keeps the resort WHO guideline compliant and guests and staff safe!
The Rakshā Initiative is a step-by-step set of guidelines, following WHO, Ministry of Health, Government of India, and State Government standards, starting from the booking process and arriving at the resort, right up to departure. Before confirming a booking, guests are requested to provide critical pre-arrival information, including details of recent domestic and international travel history, medical history, and details of travel to the resort, including planned stops en route. Once confirmed, guests will be provided the link to the Rakshā Initiative guidelines, describing all policies and protocols practiced at the resort concerning COVID-19.
All resort associates have been trained to implement the Rakshā Initiative guidelines and are equipped to ensure every individual’s safety at the property. These measures are in addition to the statutory regulations in place in Karnataka.
