Our award-winning master pâtissier, Chef Santosh Rawat and his team of craftsmen have introduced a variety of artisanal breads, savouries, travel cakes, breakfast pastries and cakes to celebrate special occasions with loved ones in the safe confines of one’s home.
Guest’s reminiscing the delightful bakes from JW Baking Co. can now experience them with our newly introduced breakfast pastries, travel cakes and gourmet cakes such as Tutti Frutti Tea Cake, Blueberry Crumble Muffin, Dulce De Leche Berliner, Sugar Donut, Russian Honey Cake, Raspberry Lychee amongst others.
The expert team has also crafted a ‘Celebration Pastry Box’ where one can customize their own box for birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions by selecting any 6 pastries and receiving 2 of our chefs special desserts complimentary. The pastries include Red Velvet, Dutch Truffle, Florida Cake, Heritage Opera, Russian Honey Cake and Hazelnut Mascarpone.
On the new menu are delicious indulgent savouries such as Chicken Tikka, Lamb Keema Puff, Paneer Tikka Puff, Olive & Bacon Muffin, Mushroom Cream Puff, Spinach and Feta Quiche and much more. The menu also has a selection of freshly baked breads such as Whole Wheat Tin Loaf 100 % Vegetarian , Pretzel, French Baguette, Rye Bread and much more.
