On the menu: The Chinese New Year menu will feature some mouth-watering dishes like, “Wok Tossed Chicken with Dried Chilli and Cashew Nut”, “Phuket Thai Basil Fish”, to name a few of the appetizers. A delectable dimsum spread with options such as “Prawn Enoki with truffle ”, “Truffle Edamame”, followed by warming soups, namely “Wild Mushroom Tomato with Firm Tofu Soup” and “Asparagus Seafood Soup”.
The main course is modishly crafted that features delights namely, “Assorted Mushroom with Broccoli in Soya fragrant Chili”, “Singapore Chili Prawns with Fried Bun”, “Pork Spare Ribs ”, “Asian Vegetable Burnt Garlic Rice and Corn Kernel”, “Seafood XO Fried Rice” and many more. To end the spread on a sweet note there is a lavish selection of unique desserts that includes, “Asian Fruit Platters”,”Mandarin Cream” ,”Matcha Sponge” to name a few.
