MX Player recognises employee well-being on World Mental Health Day

In addition to constantly increasing employee wellness benefits through the MaX Wellth programme, MX Player held a variety of activities to commemorate Mental Health Awareness Week, which ran from October 3rd to October 10th.

Conscious of its employee’s needs, MX Player kickstarted its week-long program with awareness-building initiatives that included an interactive conversation with its emotional wellness partner, YourDOST.

The session was led by Richa Singh, the founder of the mental wellness and online counseling platform, YourDOST.

Starting with some interesting ice-breaking activities, the conversation included discussing stress, seeking help, and busting myths about mental well-being.

The session also announced the introduction of a ‘Happiness Corner’ on the YourDOST platform for MX Player employees beginning on World Mental Health Day, October 10th. The Happiness Corner will be a multifaceted resource to keep the MX team inspired and encouraged.

The Happiness Corner will include resources such as self-assessments, virtual interest-based groups, a happiness tool kit, and a variety of activities like as puzzles, games, venting walls, journals, and so on.
