Jennifer Aniston reveals about her suffering from insomnia

Jennifer Aniston is a household name in Hollywood. The actress has been a part of some of the most successful projects, the most well-known being FRIENDS. In the program, she portrayed Rachel Green.

The actress is most newly recognized for her program The Morning Show. In this one, she shares screen time alongside Reese Witherspoon. The Morning Show is presently one of the most popular. Aside from that, the 53-year-old actress frequently makes news for various reasons. She recently discussed her sleeplessness and how it impacts her daily.

The actress, 53, recently disclosed that she had had sleep issues for decades, ranging from sleeplessness to sleepwalking.

“I think it started in my 30s or even earlier, but you don’t witness the results of a lack of sleep when we’re more youthful because we’re so invincible,” she told People in an April 15 interview. “It started as something I just accepted, and then you learn the effects of your lack of sleep and how it affects your day, work, mental function, and physique.”

According to the Friends alum, she would try to sleep but end up just staring at the clock. “And the more I think about it, the more difficult it is to go asleep,” she continued. Jennifer claimed to have sleepwalked at times, a practice she believes she has since abandoned.

“I’ve been woken up by house alarms that I set off, and I don’t think I do that anymore,” she said. I was sleep-deprived at the time.”

Jennifer now goes to bed at the same hour every night and keeps her phone out of the bedroom. But there is one thing Jennifer Aniston will not quit doing: sleeping in bed with her three pets.
“When they snuggle, it’s simply too comfortable!” she said. “It’s worthwhile.”
