Evolution in the past few years in the industry
The healthcare industry has evolved considerably over the last decade. There is increased emphasis on implementing better technology to enhance the efficacy of diagnoses and for treatment advancement.
Health awareness has also increased dramatically amongst consumers, mainly due to the pandemic and the vast pool of content on lifestyle and wellness management on the internet in general and social media in particular.
India is currently home to the most significant number of people with Diabetes and Hypertension. This highlights the importance of lifestyle changes and targeted interventions in addition to pharmacological mediation to make the nation healthier and happier.
4 Business-to-Customer Success Factors
TRUST, RELIABILITY, SERVICE & PASSION-any business in the healthcare industry that works with these four qualities will succeed. We ensure the highest quality standards in all products or services we offer.
How did the company raise funding, or are you looking forward to the same?
The company has been steadily gaining momentum and building its presence since 1995. From a sole proprietorship to a publicly listed company-we have come a long way. We have never taken any outside funding- but with expanding our products and services into the consumer sector, we are now pondering the option.
Explain B2C Outlook: Post Covid-19 Scenario by 2030.
Health awareness and a preventative mindset are finally setting in amongst the metro and tier 1 populace, and we see it creeping into tier 2 & tier 3 geographies as well. COVID helped people understand that we all have some inherent risk of developing/possessing co-morbidities, and if left unchecked and unmonitored, it could risk our overall health and wellness.
We expect a rapid increase in consumer-driven health awareness and wellness programs along with the emergence of innovative healthcare solutions. This will likely drive the markets’ focus toward homecare and point-of-care products. Thus, the future is exciting for companies like QMS MAS.
Why did you choose this industry over any other space?
The healthcare industry is deeply personal. Our commitment to our services is reciprocated by the betterment of our end customers’ most valuable asset, their health. Nothing is more important in life than one’s health. We are proud to be able to wake up every day and make a positive difference in the health of our customers.
Could you elaborate on the challenges you encountered while establishing and retaining?
As with every business, there are infinite challenges that one must overcome to grow. However, we are thankful for all our problems and difficulties, as they strengthened us and ensured that we did not take our victories for granted. We let our work, passion, and commitment speak for themselves.
