Vitamin A and its provitamins are essential for cell regeneration and immune system function.

Where can you find it? Vitamin A may be found in various foods, including eggs, beef, chicken, fish, cheese, and liver. Vitamin C is well-known for its antioxidant and anti-fatigue effects, but it also increases collagen synthesis, tightening the skin. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that offsets free militants in the body, protecting us from damaging UV radiation, although it isn’t strictly sunscreen. When coupled with vitamin C, it increases the effectiveness of the body’s filtration system and aids in the healing of sunburn!
