Summer’s Golden Rule Fill your plate with vitamins that are good for you.

Vitamin A and its provitamins are essential for cell regeneration and immune system function.

They also aid in regulating melanin production (the pigment that gives our skin its color) and reducing liver spots. Sun allergies and other aberrant responses to sunshine are also protected by vitamin A.

Where can you find it? Vitamin A may be found in various foods, including eggs, beef, chicken, fish, cheese, and liver. Carrots, spinach, broccoli, oranges, and mangoes are among the vegetables and fruits that contain their derivatives. Vitamin C is well-known for its antioxidant and anti-fatigue effects, but it also increases collagen synthesis, tightening the skin. On the other hand, Vitamin C decreases liver spots and sun-related blemishes by inhibiting the synthesis of melanin. Where can you find it? Summer is the most fantastic season to eat fruits and vegetables high in vitamin C, such as blackcurrants, peppers, lemons, oranges, strawberries, and Brussels sprouts.

Vitamin D, which works in combination with calcium to enhance the immune system and prevent osteoporosis, is hard to come by in meals. Our bodies produce vitamin D directly from sunshine, accounting for almost 80% of our daily requirements. So where can you find it? Vitamin D is seldom present in foods, although it may be found in salmon, trout, and herring. On the other hand, cow’s milk, egg yolks, and fortified soy drinks all contain it.

Vitamin E is an antioxidant that offsets free militants in the body, protecting us from damaging UV radiation, although it isn’t strictly sunscreen. When coupled with vitamin C, it increases the effectiveness of the body’s filtration system and aids in the healing of sunburn!

Where can you discover it? Nuts, seeds, plant oils, and, to a lesser extent, green leafy vegetables are all excellent sources of vitamin E.
