The unmissable event is hosted in collaboration with Barro Negro Athens, the cutting-edge Greek nightspot featured in the prestigious World’s 50 Best Bar List 2021.
Presenting a flawless fusion of unique and delicious artisan concoctions, uplifting beats from two of COYA Dubai’s most talented D.J.s, and awe-inspiring live entertainment, the sizzling party is just the perfect way of saying goodbye to the Peruvian venue until it reopens in spectacular style in September.
For the past eight years, COYA Dubai has treated guests to tempting authentic Latin American bites, legendary Pisco sour mixes, and sensational parties. Now, after being recognized as the 13th best restaurant in the region in the much-anticipated MENA 50 Best Restaurants 2022 list, the iconic venue has decided that it’s time to mix things up, make a few changes, and pause before coming back bigger and bolder than ever in just a few months.
Marking the momentous occasion with a night of memorable moments, Barro Negro Athens has created a bespoke menu of innovative and creative mixes just for COYA Dubai’s final party of the season. Highlighting COYA’s mixology excellence and introducing guests to new and exciting experiences, Stelios Papadopoulos has traveled from Greece to the UAE to make a one-night-only appearance and prepare some of his most creative and outstanding cocktails to live and in person.
Nominated as the first non-Mexican Tequila Expert in the World by the National Chamber of Tequila Industry, Stelios is also a certified “Tequila Expert & Expert Master Catador,” as recognized by the Academia Mexicana del Tequila, A.C.

COYA Dubai’s final season party will take place on Monday, July 18, presented in collaboration with Barro Negro and priced à la carte with no minimum spend. COYA Dubai will close temporarily from July 20 to September 2022.
