The dishes presented during this food festival at ‘Seasonal Taste’ will entice your palates with myriad mouth-watering delicacies from the major states of North India namely Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Uttarakhand.
The exquisite flavours and a blend of the distinct fragrances of spices in the North Indian cuisine are widely enjoyed by the masses. The 10-day long food festival will showcase magnificent specialities like, ‘Sarso Ka Saag’, ‘Makki ki Roti’, ‘Rogan Josh’, ‘Modur Pulao’, ‘Mash Daal’, ‘Bhey’, ‘Butter Chicken’, ‘Chana Madra’, ‘Tudkiya Bhaat’, ‘Dum Aloo’, ‘Aloo Ke Gutke’, and ‘ Tabak Maaz’ to name a few. A live ‘Kebab Counter’ has been set up to satiate the taste buds of the visitors. The dishes are cooked with exotic ingredients dedicated to the rustic nuances across the different states.
