Cafes and restaurants in Kerala’s various regions have started offering meals and delighted customers. The server hands over the puttu maker to the vlogger in a video posted to the YouTube channel Foodie World. The ice cream is then served in the traditional pitcher, topped with corn flakes and choco chips.

She then adds vanilla ice cream, gently presses it, and tops it with a coating of chocolate chips. She goes through the same process with several flavours of ice cream.
