The OG Bollywood pals who celebrated friendship on the big screen and gave us – yeh dosti hum nahi todenge – reunite today as Dharmendra takes to Twitter to wish Big B ahead of the release of his character poster from the much-anticipated film – Uunchai.
Uunchai, produced by Rajshri Productions in collaboration with Mahaveer Jain Films and Boundless Media, will be Big B’s first release in his historic 80th year! Uunchai, directed by Sooraj R. Barjatya, is set to be released on 11.11.22.

The film’s initial poster, issued on Friendship Day, established the story’s thematic backbone – friendship! Their only motivation, according to the phrase, was friendship.
Continuing the film’s theme, it was a wonderful surprise with friendship at its centre when Veeru wished Jai for Rajshri’s Uunchai.
With the presentation of the first character poster today, two opposing colours of this century’s biggest superstar – Uunchai – were revealed.
On the one hand, Amitabh Bachchan is shown as a suave man in a glamorous society.
On the other side, in the film, a contrasting image of his character portrays him with snow-burned skin amidst ice mountains, looking up with hope and ambition.
Uunchai honours Rajshri’s illustrious 75-year career in the profession. Uunchai, billed as 2022’s largest ensemble picture, will have the biggest and best actors in Indian cinema!
Uunchai, which stars Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Sarika, Neena Gupta, and Parineeti Chopra, also features key appearances by Danny Denzongpa and Nafisa Ali Sodhi. Uunchai, a visual extravaganza with a memorable voyage of friendship, will be in a theatre near you on 11.11.22.
