Rihanna enjoyed one last peaceful moment on the Barbados beach before flying back to Los Angeles, where Rocky was arrested at LAX Airport for assault with a deadly weapon in connection with a November 2021 shooting.
On Tuesday, Rihanna was photographed in a sparkly red and orange bikini with her hair down in waves. She wore a green sequined bottom that showed off her torso.
Rihanna is in the third trimester of her first pregnancy and told Refinery29 earlier this year that she wanted to reinvent what maternity clothing looks like on purpose. “Right now, I’m really into promoting the concept of sexiness,” she explained. “When women get pregnant, society makes it feel like you hide, conceal your sexy, and that you’re not hot right now [but] you’ll get back there, and I don’t believe that nonsense.” So I’m attempting things that I might not have dared to try before becoming pregnant. The strappiest, thinnest, and most cut-outs are ideal for me.”
Rocky was jailed when Rihanna and Rocky returned to Los Angeles. The arrest caught the couple off guard. “This arrest was not anything they expected coming,” a source told Entertainment Tonight.
“Rihanna doesn’t need this controversy right now,” the person stated. “She wants to be calm, comfortable, and completely focused on the arrival of her baby—not stressed out!”
“Rihanna made a point of navigating the public aspect of her pregnancy on her own terms, and now things appear to be out of her hands,” the person stated.
