Raj Kaushal, Mandira Bedi’s husband, died of a heart attack early Wednesday morning at 49. With close relatives and friends, he was cremated in the Dadar Shivaji Park cremation.
Many celebrities, including Raveen Tandon, Apoorva Agnihotri, Huma Qureshi, Rohit Roy, and others, came to pay their respects to the late producer-director later in the day. Mandira’s dearest friend, Mouni Roy, delivered her final respects to Raj by paying a visit to her house after the burial.
Actor Rohit Roy confirmed raj Kaushal’s death time. “Raj died away this morning, at 4.30 a.m., due to a heart attack,” he wrote. Raj had died by the time the family could obtain medical aid since he was at home.”
Mandira and Raj married in 1999, and their first child, Vir Kaushal, was born in 2011. Tara Bedi Kaushal was the name given to the couple’s adoptive daughter.
