In Japan, there’s a BTS shrine? Korean netizens were outraged to learn that the boys were allegedly used to lure people to a shrine near Shizouka.

BTS is well-known all over the world. They have a huge fan base in Japan as well. The members RM, SUGA, Jimin, Jin, Jungkook, J-Hope, and V have a large fan base.

In fact, J-Hope aka Jung Hoseok, Kim Seokjin, and Kim Taehyung are fluent in Japanese. Korean netizens have discovered a BTS shrine in Japan. It appears that there are photos of all the members near the shrine, and people are drawn in by the photos. The prayer sessions at the shrine cost 5000 Yen.

At the Izu Dog Resort, the shrine is near a beach. BTS is an abbreviation for By The Sea. However, Korean netizens are outraged that the boys’ names and images are being used to make money.

Guanyin is honoured at the shrine. He is a Bodhisattava who is associated with compassion. She is the East Asian counterpart to Avalokiteshwara. Korea, as we all know, was ruled by Japan for a long time. Shinto shrines appear to be a source of contention in Korea. Locals were outraged that the boys were being used for commercial purposes in what appeared to be a covert manner.
