It’s pouring in Bengaluru, and Twitter is overflowing with memes and photos

Bengaluru residents awoke to a beautiful morning and took to Twitter to post photos of nature and rain.

On May 1, Bengaluru had thundershowers and hailstorms, lowering the temperature. Netizens couldn’t resist their joy at the brief reprieve of rain and flocked to Twitter to share breathtaking photographs and videos of the wet metropolis.

Bengaluru residents awoke to a beautiful morning and instantly went to the micro-blogging site to post photos of nature snapped with their cameras and phones. Because of the many memes and tweets on the Bengaluru Rains, the hashtag #BangaloreRains quickly became popular on Twitter.

Netizens have carried to Twitter to share their delight at witnessing the showers. Some Twitter users posted videos and photographs of the overcast skies and heavy rain.

Heavy rain fell in Frazer Town, BTM, Shivajinagar, Vijaynagar, and Hosahalli, and several areas became flooded. The heatwave, on the other hand, has persisted in various parts of North India. However, the IMD predicts that conditions will improve slightly with isolated thunderstorms.
So, Bengaluru residents- What does it feel like to be God’s favorite?
Social media was swamped with replies, and the hashtag #MumbaiRains began to dominate online trends. While everyone was talking about “relief from the heat” and “chai-pakoda” at first, it soon shifted to concerns about car and taxi fares. Some argue that people can travel to a different state faster than they can commute from one part of the city to another. There were also several tweets mocking the BMC, the city’s civic body, and how, despite its boasts, the richest civic body in the country was “always unprepared.”
Waterlogging concerns have been received in Mazgaon, Sakinaka, Kurla (W), and Ghatkopar, among other areas, following continuous rainfall since the morning.
