Juhi Gupta says, “Consequences are better than regrets.”

Like every other student, I too had to choose a career & that‘s where the real struggle starts.

That was the time I was fascinated with Interior designing stuff. So post the 12th results I started surfing the best college for the same. But unfortunately or rather, fortunately, that couldn’t happen to post a detailed discussion with my entire family.

Just right before admissions were about to close, I got myself admitted to a college for BMS course. Post successful completion of three years course, I got a job in a consultancy firm as a recruiter.

Though I have always done my job with all my heart, I happened to leave that job and go for an “Event Management” course.

I strived to make a career in events too but life took another toll on me and I ended up into HR job again & I accepted my career into Human Resources. Starting from a recruiter to Human Resource Business Partner, this journey was full of learning’s, challenges, failures & achievements too.

Today I am happy with the career I have chosen for myself. I tried and strived for many careers and finally settled with the one I am content with.

Failure is not an end. It gives another chance to stand even stronger and try one more time.

At the same time, do what you feel is right so there should not be any regrets.

That’s what I have followed till now “Consequences are better than regrets” conveys Juhi Gupta, Human Resources, 9X Media Pvt. Ltd to Prittle Prattle News.
