Celebrate your love for your teachers this Sunday with &PrivéHD’s Teachers Day Weekend Binge

“Teaching is a calling too. And I have always thought that teachers in their way are holy—angels leading their flocks out of the darkness”- Jeannette Walls.

To celebrate these angels of our life &PrivéHD brings a special binge this weekend ahead of Teacher’s Day. So, on 5th September, while we are all ready to spend time making the day memorable for our Gurus, indulge in a binge a day before to celebrate the importance of educators.

Starting at 11 AM on 4th of September, the binge will host movies that depict some of the most unique and inspiring student-teacher relationships.

To start with, we have the story of Coach John Harrison in Overcomer who takes into coaching a cross-country race after the largest manufacturing plant shuts down and hundreds of families leave their town, leaving John and his families future in uncertainty.

After John reluctantly agrees to coach cross-country, he and his wife Amy meet an aspiring athlete who’s pushing her limits on a journey towards discovery.

Inspired by the words and prayers of a new friend, John becomes the least-likely coach helping the least-likely runner achieve the impossible in the biggest race of the year.

In Sicario, Emily Blunt will be seen as Kate Macer, an FBI agent who is enlisted by the government task force to aid in the escalating war against drugs at the border area between the U.S. and Mexico.

When Kate and the team arrive for their first mission, Kate learns that the team’s workings are not all they appear on the surface. Still, largely in the dark and only given information on a need-to-know basis, Kate decides to stick it out with the team, only to discover the unknown.

Her emotions change as she learns more and more about what is going on, including the specific reason why she was recruited.

Next up is the biographical drama, Pele: Birth of a Legend which shows Pele’s meteoric rise from the slums of Sao Paulo to leading Brazil to its first World Cup victory at the age of 17 is chronicled in this biographical drama.

Other movies on the list include The Patriot, Kickboxer Retaliation, Kickboxer Vengeance and 12 Mighty Orphans.
This Sunday, celebrate your love for your teachers with &PrivéHD’s Teachers Day Weekend Binge starting 11 AM.
