Whistling Woods International announced dates for April round of entrance exams for the 2022 intake

Mumbai, April 6th, 2022: Whistling Woods International (WWI) has announced the dates for the April round of entrance examinations for its July 2022 intake. Aspirants can apply for various full-time degree, post-graduate and diploma programmes offered by the WWI Schools of Filmmaking, Creative Arts, Media Management and Performing Arts.

The WWI programmes offered are under an agreement with Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD), an Institute of National Importance. The entire entrance examination process will be conducted online, to continue to ensure the safety of our applicants, amidst the ongoing pandemic. Following the registration, which will close on April 15, 2022, the online entrance examinations are scheduled to take place on April 19 & 20, 2022.

Awarded the ‘Excellence in Creative & Performing Arts’ at the 6th FICCI Higher Education Excellence Awards 2019, the institute has over 2500+ alumni successfully working with various media organisations, film production companies, and fashion houses in India and around the world. Some of the recent successful alumni work includes – The Fame Game streaming on Netflix, which features Rajshri Deshpande in a pivotal role, who is a graduate of WWI Actors’ Studio. WWI School of Filmmaking alumni, Daria Ghai, Dhruv Parekh, Kaushal Shah, Kunal Lolsure, Priyam Shah and Shrish Tomar worked in the film, Gehraiyaan, streaming on Amazon Prime Video. Aarya (Season 2) streaming on Disney+ Hotstar features the contribution Kabir Rege (WWI School of Filmmaking), Karn Gupta and Saayan Sinha (WWI School of Media & Communication) as Assistant Editor, Executive Producer and 2nd 2nd Assistant Director, respectively. Apart from these, WWI alumni have been part of several award-winning short films, regional projects and music video projects recently.
