MAKAUT, Organizing a Webinar on Design of Mixed-Signal AI Processor WB

Kolkata, The Department of  Microelectronics and VLSI Technology under the School of Engineering Science of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), WB is organizing a Webinar on “Design of Mixed-Signal AI Processor” on 12.04.2022.

The Expert Speaker is Prof. Amitava Sinha, Director (Academic Reforms), UGC Adjunct Faculty, Department of Microelectronics and VLSI Technology, MAKAUT, WB.

Mixed-signal processing-the integration of digital and analog circuitry within computer systems-enables systems to take signals from the analog world and process them within a digital system. In fact, recent advances in VLSI technology performance now allow for the integration of digital and analog circuits on a single chip, a process that requires the use of analog pre-and post-processing systems such as converters, filters, sensors, drivers, buffers, and actuators.

The signal processing landscape has been enriched by recent advances in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), especially since 2010 or so, yielding new tools for signal estimation, classification, prediction, and manipulation.

Topic: ” Design of Mixed-Signal AI Processor “.
Date: April 12, 2022, Time- 11:30 AM India
Registration is open now.
