This festival begins on the 17th of October and continues till the 31st of October 2022 at the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, Seasonal Taste.
Champaran Mutton is named after the Champaran District in Bihar that is generally prepared in earthen pots or matkas with a strong aroma of mustard oil and garlic.
This flavorful dish has been thoughtfully crafted by the brilliant in-house culinary team and will undoubtedly take the patrons on a gastronomical journey.
The Champaran Festival will also showcase both International and regional Indian dishes such as “Ahuna mutton” or “Matka gosht,” as some call it.
Adding to the feast, there will be live counters of “Litti and Chokha”, a variety of “Parathas”, and the famous “Patna Pani Puri” to delve into.
To round off the meal, guests can choose from a wide range of desserts that would showcase delicious treasures from the little corners of Bihar.
