India’s fastest growing degree apprenticeship program, TeamLease Degree Apprenticeship (TLDA), from the house of TeamLease Services, today announced its partnership with Croma Infiniti Retail Limited. Through this association, the Company will be executing degree apprenticeships, as per the New Education Policy 2020, to equip candidates with both domain competencies and behavioral skill sets, as per the industry’s requirements.
Under this alliance, TeamLease will offer a degree-linked apprentice program that will enable students to undergo a work-integrated program to continually build new skills and receive additional credits whilst they earn a stipend. The degree apprenticeship program has been curated in accordance with the guidelines of the New Education Policy and will provide candidates with a combination of academic and work-based learning.
