The Masters of Marriott Bonvoy and The Crossings tie-up event in Mumbai was a one-of-a-kind experience for Mumbai's food enthusiasts.

Masters of Marriott Bonvoy continues to highlight and celebrate culinary excellence in collaboration with like-minded partners ready to transform the culinary landscape.

The Crossing, led by acclaimed Chef Ankur Chakraborty and billed as Dubai’s leading modern Indian restaurant, will go on its first worldwide pop-up tour since its January 2022 inauguration.

Their trademark menu is planned to bring to life a modern translation of Indian delicacies for guests and patrons in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Kolkata through premium dining experiences.

Masters of Marriott Bonvoy, Marriott International’s flagship initiative, has hosted legendary Chefs such as Massimo Bottura of Osteria Francescana in April, the Sühring Twins of Bangkok in August, and the recently concluded association with renowned Chef Manish Mehrotra of Indian Accent in early September.

The Crossing, which opened on January 20th, 2022, has already grown to become one of Dubai’s most sought-after restaurants, with nominations and awards in a variety of categories, including The Best New Restaurant by BBC Good Food, FACT Awards 2022, and World Culinary Awards, for Best New Restaurant in the Middle East.

The menu at The Crossing, which celebrates Indian diversity in Dubai, is a mash-up of lost cuisines and ingredients that create a new story where conventional, classic meets forgotten recipes.

The menu incorporates flavours, inspirations, and recipes from around India to produce culinary pleasures with traces of nostalgia and tightly guarded family secrets.

The menu includes less curries but focuses on shared plates that are reminiscent of classic Indian cuisine comfort food that generations have grown up with.
