Maneesha Kongovi Joins Induslaw’s Dispute Resolution Practice, as a Partner

INDUSLAW is pleased to announce the addition of Maneesha Kongovi, who has joined our Bengaluru office in the Dispute Resolution practice.

In her career of over 10 years, Maneesha has represented domestic and international clients in diverse litigation and arbitration, across several fora including the Supreme Court of India, the Bombay High Court, the High Court of Karnataka, the Delhi, Gujarat and Calcutta High Courts as also various tribunals and district courts on matters ranging from high value commercial disputes, customs claims, real estate and construction disputes, infrastructure disputes, writ petitions, public interest litigations, winding up proceedings including corporate insolvency and restructuring proceedings and trademark infringements.

Prior to joining INDUSLAW, Maneesha was a Partner with Argus Partners, Bengaluru.
