Leadup Universe, Asia’s Leading career acceleration organisation which specialises in creating unique learning programs and career pathways for aspiring CXOs, has recently been acquired by India’s first career tech venture, Board Infinity.
Leadup Universe, founded in 2021 by Mayank Verma and Rashmi Mandloi, offers strong premium university tie-ups, an exclusive CXO Club, and Strategic Programs for Executives.
Leadup Universe is an investor and advisor to Sandeep Sinha of Lumis Partners, Pankaj Bansal of Work Universe and Group CEO of PeopleStrong, Sulbha Rai of Renewbuy.com, and Dr. NS Rajan of Tata Sons.
While the transaction’s valuation and financial specifics have not been released, Leadup Universe’s entire crew, including its co-founders and investors, will join Board Infinity.
However, the brands will be kept separate. The move would broaden Board Infinity’s programs beyond those that now focus on early-career to mid-senior-level executives hoping to be future CXOs.
Leadup would enable Board Infinity to facilitate higher lifetime value per customer over a 20-year period using the newly created career graph product, which could become the de-facto way professionals from early career to C-Suite can make careers. Leadup’s inaugural partnership with XLRI was a huge success, and the community now has over 10,000 aspiring CXOs. We would like to use the assets of both firms to develop programmes for mid- and late-career professionals in technology and management, while Board Infinity maintains its leadership in the early career area.”
