HCL Group (www.hcl.com) today announced that it has acquired a majority stake in GUVI, one of India’s leading vernacular EdTech platforms.
GUVI was founded by Arun Prakash M, Sridevi M and SP Balamurugan in 2014. The IIT Madras and CIIE (IIM Ahmedabad) incubated company offers technical courses such as Web Development, AI module, SQL, and various other courses created by industry experts in vernacular languages.
GUVI provides tailor-made courses for learners, universities and employers. With this strategic investment, the aim is to create skilled tech professionals in India and abroad.
