Tea is a very refreshing beverage in India as well as abroad. People drink tea in the morning and evening to refresh themselves and boost their mood from sleepy mode to active spirit. Some people are addicted to tea daily to kick start their morning on a positive note. Having some tea every day can be beneficial to de-stress themselves and improve their mental focus and performance. 

The year 2020 on International tea day. 

The world will join hands this year on the oldest beverage, healthy and has no side effects. The United Nations said that tea has medicinal benefits and can bring health benefits to people. Tea has many health benefits, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. This year the International Tea day will play a pivotal role in eradicating hunger and poverty worldwide. 

The real chai in India 

Tea is commonly known as “CHAI” in India, and many people love drinking tea or spent their evening “CHAI TIME” with biscuits and cookies. The love for tea is ever-growing across the world. From many chai stalls in India to the top-notch hotels, everyone supplies this essential beverage in various styles and brands. It is a homemade beverage in typical households in India. Tea is a loved drink and staple beverage in many homes. A “CHAI” Lover is addicted to tea and needs tea at frequent intervals. Though having mild tea and 2 -3 cups of tea a day would not cause any side effects of health problems, having too much of anything will create problems in your health system.
