Princess Diana might have been the deciding factor in putting an end to the dispute between her brace boys, Prince William and Prince Harry!
According to US Weekly, William and Harry’s strained relationship is healing after the brothers met to install a statue acknowledging their late mother. On July 1, which would have done The Princess of Wales’ 60th birthday, William and Harry jointly unveiled a statue in her honor in Kensington Palace’s Sunken Garden in London.
A source told US Weekly that William and Harry spent the morning before the monument ceremony “going through old mementos, messages from Diana, and reconnecting.” According to the insider, their current relationship is as follows: “They’ve begun the mending process and have turned a new page in their connection. On the day of the monument unveiling, everyone around them was ecstatic to see how near they were.” Not just physically but also via their joint statement about the profoundly emotional event devoted to their loving mother, William and Harry presented a unified front.
In a statement, William and Harry said, “Today, on what would have been our Mother’s 60th birthday, we remember her love, courage, and character – characteristics that made her a force for good across the world, touching countless lives for the better.” We hope she could be here with us every day, and we hope this statue will serve as a permanent remembrance of her life and legacy. Thank you to Ian Rank-Broadley, Pip Morrison, and their teams for their incredible effort, as well as the supporters and contributors who helped make this feasible, and to everyone who continues to keep our mother’s memory alive throughout the world.
